The Homework Center

The Homework Center is open Monday through Thursday, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, except school holidays and closings.

Our number 1 goal is to help make a positive difference in a child’s life.

Academic support is available for youth in grades 4 through 12 to enhance knowledge in reading comprehension and math to special projects. The Homework Center staff monitors school homework hotlines and communicate with teachers and guidance counselors to ensure that assistance is provided in accordance with school requirements.  Students receive individualized plans to meet their learning needs.

The homework center at BCLC offers a quiet place to study throughout the school year whether or not assistance is needed. All participants receive a healthy snack!   All activities are supervised.  Computers are available for use.
