Philosophy

We believe that each individual has the substance within him or herself to achieve his or her goals and dreams. What is missing from each of us is the training, education, knowledge, insight and support necessary to utilize what we already have.

Program Principles

All Binghampton Community Life Center (BCLC) programs are established to promote teamwork, good sportsmanship, and cultural and social interaction. These activities are provided in a safe, competitive environment. Individuals learn to work together for a common goal, and develop friendships and respect for each other.
